I started (EL Plumbers CC) now Ithemba Plumbers CC in March 2008, but I have thirteen years experience in all fields of plumbing and renovations.

We do construction plumbing, as well as maintenance.

We also do any construction / renovations required: tiling, painting, ceilings, etc.

• Quantity Surveying

• Working out all material to be used from site plan and reading plans to be used.

• Planning / organizing and working from Architectural drawings.

 

• Work out levels with Dumpy level (bonding levels)

• Work out drain fall according to Engineer long section details.

• Lay any diameter drainage, storm water and waterlines.

• Testing all installations.

• Closing and compacting to SABS standards

 

• Laying of waste (grey water) pipes in any type of foundation.

• Chasing copper, galvanise and ginde pipes in walls and floors.

• Installation of baths, toilets, basins and sinks all according to SABS standards.

• Installing any type of geyser and hot water system according to SABS specifications.

• Sheet metal (flashing, gutters, box gutters, vent pipe flashing, etc.)

• Completing units/site from drainage to finish.

• Ithemba Plumbers carries responsibility for retention for three months from date of completion.

• We also do any maintenance or renovations required.
